30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons:

Opened or used diagnostic equipment with software licenses
Items marked as final sale or clearance
Custom or personalized products

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at tactak@msn.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us and we'll help facilitate the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at tactak@msn.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
